Ductile Iron Pipes: The Ultimate Solution for Durable Water Systems

A flagship product from Saudi Arabian Ductile Iron Pipes (SADIP), represent the pinnacle of durability and efficiency in piping solutions. Established in 1988 as a joint venture between Amiantit Group and Saint Gobain (Pont A. Mousson, France), SADIP has since been a leader in the production of Ductile Iron Pipes, which are renowned for their enhanced properties over traditional cast iron.

The primary advantage of our pipes lies in the addition of magnesium during the production process, which imparts excellent ductility, a superior elastic modulus, and high tensile strength. These attributes make our pipes an ideal choice for a variety of applications, including drinking water systems, irrigation networks, sewage drainage, rainwater management, and fire-fighting systems.

Manufactured in standard lengths of 6 meters, Ductile Iron Pipes can handle pressures ranging from gravity flow to an impressive 64 bars, ensuring reliability in even the most demanding conditions. They are available in a wide range of sizes, from DN 80 mm to DN 1600 mm, offering flexibility to meet the specific needs of any project.

Our pipes also feature versatile jointing systems, with two primary options: the Push-in Joint and the Locked Push-On Joint. These joints provide secure and easy-to-assemble connections, reducing installation time and enhancing overall system efficiency.

For added durability, Ductile Iron Pipes come with a standard internal lining of Cement Mortar Lining (Sulphate Resistant Portland Type V), which protects against internal corrosion. Externally, these pipes are coated with a Metallic Zinc layer followed by a bituminous paint coat, providing robust protection against environmental factors. Additionally, SADIP offers a superior Polyurethane Internal & External Coating, which delivers unmatched resistance to corrosion and abrasion, further extending the service life of the pipes.

In summary, Ductile Iron Pipes from SADIP stand out not only for their strength and durability but also for their adaptability across various water system applications. Whether for potable water, irrigation, or fire-fighting, these pipes deliver exceptional performance, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.
