State-of-the-Art Plant and Machinery
RIMA CARBONATE Industries is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technology sourced from Germany, ensuring precision in grinding and classification processes. Centralized computerized control panels enable both automatic and manual operations, providing flexibility and efficiency in production. The company has steadily expanded its capabilities through two significant phases of plant development.
In May 2002, RIMA CARBONATE Industries launched the first phase of the plant commenced operations, with a nominal capacity of 25,000 metric tons per annum. Building on this success, the second phase was launched in October 2007, tripling the nominal capacity to 75,000 metric tons per annum. This phase introduced a grinding plant, a coating plant, and a powder classification unit, enhancing the range and quality of products offered.
Advanced Packaging Facilities
RIMA CARBONATE Industries ensures that its products reach customers in optimal condition through robust packaging facilities. The company operates four machines dedicated to packing products in 25–50 kg paper bags and five machines designed for 1000 kg jumbo bags. This diverse packaging capability caters to varying client needs across industries, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
