Our system has SUSTANAIBLE GALVANIZING SYSTEM, in this process we don’t use any pickling system and acid, our automated machines can continuously and rapidly feed steel rod after Blast Cleaning, Induction Heating, Galvanizing, Quenching, Wire drawing, and coiling in one straight pull, after the same packing is done as per customer requirement (sizes).
Zinc used: 99.9995 primary zinc ingots
