Quotation are invited for Supply of Rock Splitter<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 ACCURATE TRIMMING\/
\nBREAKING
\nTrim and break rock samples or split drill
\ncores up to 150mm in diameter.
\n\u2022 CRUSHING
\nRock samples of up to 50mm can be
\ncrushed down to minus 5mm or less.
\n\u2022 EASE OF USE
\nDesigned for
\nsingle-person operation.
\n\u2022 LOW MAINTENANCE
\nNo oil or grease from bearings
\nand Tungsten quality componentry
\nused throughout, the crusher requires
\nonly minimal maintenance.
\n\u2022 EASE OF SERVICING
\nThe Hydraulic Crusher uses industry
\nstandard Enerpac Hydraulics, with parts
\nand servicing easily accessible world-wide.
\n\u2022 The Hydraulic Crusher provides
\na very efficient, low-contamination
\nmeans of processing small samples,
\nwith few cleaning and maintenance
\nrequirements.
\n\u2022 Breaking
\nCan break rocks up to
\n150mm diameter, replacing a jaw
\ncrusher in the preparation of trace
\nmetal samples. Other similar materials
\nand samples such as coal can also be
\ntrimmed or broken using the equipment.
\n\u2022 Crushing
\nRock samples up to 50mm diameter
\ncan be placed in the Hydraulic Crusher
\nand crushed down to minus 5mm or
\nless. Crushed samples can be manually
\nbrushed over the protruding lip into
\nsample containers. Cleaning is a simple
\nexercise in brushing, wiping and washing.
\n\u2022 Safety
\nThe Hydraulic Crusher has been designed
\nand tested to ensure operator safety
\nat all times. The equipment is encased
\nin an industrial clear PVC curtain to
\nminimize airborne sample debris leaving
\nthe enclosure. Guarding and safety
\nfeatures prevent the unit being opened
\nwhile operating. Electrical isolation
\nswitching is also a standard feature for
\nany maintenance activities.
