RFQ Details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong>\u00a0Repair of\u00a0<strong>damaged\/corroded purlins, nodes and struts<\/strong>\u00a0in the existing space frame structure between the\u00a0<strong>Toyota &amp; Lexus buildings at Saud Bahwan Group Corporate Office, Wattaya, Oman<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quantity \/ Unit:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>1 LOT<\/strong>\u00a0complete repair work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Specs:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Repair\/replace as required the\u00a0<strong>damaged and corroded purlins, nodes and struts<\/strong>\u00a0forming part of the space frame.<\/li>\n<li>Contractor\/vendor must arrange all necessary\u00a0<strong>scaffolding and\/or scissor lifts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Contractor must arrange\u00a0<strong>insurance, safety permits and all required safety precautions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All removed items\/materials must be handed over to\u00a0<strong>Saud Bahwan Group (SBG)<\/strong>; serviceable materials are to be handed to the maintenance store at\u00a0<strong>Al-Amarat\/Wadi Kabir<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site visit is mandatory before quotation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Warranty: 2 Years.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Contractor must submit\u00a0<strong>Shop Drawings \/ MAS for client approval before commencement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Any modifications to existing\u00a0<strong>M&amp;E services<\/strong>, including plumbing, electrical, telephone and computer services, must be included where required, and existing services must be protected during the works.<\/li>\n<li>Municipal approvals, where required, including preparation\/submission of necessary drawings, are under contractor scope.<\/li>\n<li>Disposal of debris to an approved\u00a0<strong>municipal dumping yard<\/strong>\u00a0is under contractor scope.<\/li>\n<li>Material\u00a0<strong>colour and quality are subject to client\/engineer approval<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Only contractor&#8217;s authorized employees may work on site, and\u00a0<strong>labour cards must be submitted for verification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Quotation must provide\u00a0<strong>unit price for each activity<\/strong>, brand and quantity of materials, execution\/delivery terms and warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Food, accommodation and transportation:\u00a0<strong>Contractor&#8217;s scope<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Payment terms:\u00a0<strong>Within 30 days after invoice submission (SBG norms)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery Terms:<\/strong>\u00a0Complete repair works at\u00a0<strong>Corporate Office, Wattaya, Muscat, Oman<\/strong>.
