Remark : \uf0a7Configuration: Single integrated stand supporting 1 row of 3 tanks.\uf0a7Orientation: Tank stands are placed side by side in rows, each row has two stands (2 x 3 = 6 tanks).\uf0a7Tank Spacing: Minimum 10 cm between tanks for access and airflow\uf0a7Main Material: Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP). Resin Type: Isophthalic polyester or vinyl ester resin for chemical and moisture resistance.\uf0a7Surface Finish: Marine-grade gelcoat (light blue or light gray), smooth and easy to clean. The edges should be round. \uf0a7Dimensions: Total length = 220 cm, Stand height from floor = 50 cm, Total width = 65-70 cm (enough to hold one row of tanks plus the pipe holder on the inner end of the tank stand. \uf0a7Tank stand top deck: The top deck of the tank stand should have enough area for proper load distribution and prevent stress concentrations on small contact points of the tank. At the same time, it should allow for enough space for the drainage pipe. Example of the design: fiberglass sheet reinforced with ribs underneath. \uf0a7Rubber or Foam sheet: placed under the tanks as a cushioning layer. \uf0a7Load capacity: not less than 300 kg per tank position (900 kg total). Each tank stand needs to have a total of 8 stand legs (4 on each side). These legs are reinforced by internal ribbing and have spaces for drainage pipes with access space beneath each tank for drain fittings (bulkhead + pipe).\uf0a7Air and Water Pipe Holder: Holder height above the tank stand = 50 cm. It is a vertical fiberglass holder located on the inside of the tank stand, anchored directly into the base stand for structural stability. Height (above tank stand) = ~80-90 cm. This rack will hold and support the airline and water inlet PVC pipes.<\/p>\n
